The best Q&A Review out there!

This is the best book out there as far as how questions are written. I threw out a Mosby book before this one; it was terrible. I did 5,000 questions total to pratice for boards, using Saunders Comprehensive Review and this book and passed my boards in 75 questions on the first try. The Saunders questions were most like "the real thing" compared to other books I used.

I was disappointed that this book only had 1700 questions in the text itself; the CD-ROM had 3,000, but they duplicated the ones in the book, so if you did the book first and then the CD, you got repeats. It would be better if the CD only had new questions on it and not the ones in the book.

If you are prepping for your board exams, don't be mistaken--you have to do the content review FIRST. This book is for after you have reviewed your content and just want to practice questions.
CD was missing
My CD-rom was missing. I bought this book 5 months before I needed it so by the time I opened the package it was to late to return it. Amazon was no kind to offer me 1/2 my money back.
Book is good, CD ROM is not
Out of all the review books I have read, this one definitely has the best format, and the questions are very good preparation for the NCLEX exam. However, in my experience, computerized review questions are the most beneficial for me as I get close to exam time. Unfortunately, I chose to focus on the accompanying CD ROM for my last two weeks prior to the test, and was immobilized by continuous and ongoing error messages, crashes, and loss of data.
Saunder 'd been a good review book for very long time.
I found it so much details and effective. I believe people who used this book would have said that too. I think what the other reviews was right. The only thing is CD question was unexpected for me. The content was good but CD question wasn't good enough.
Q&A Review for NCLEX Saunders
The book is okay and I do like having the rationales right next to the questions. However I got the Dosage and Calculations CD instead of the RN review CD. I havn't taken my NCLEX yet and am not having much luck reaching the publishier to replace my CD.
